going back to san jose it is foggy so be came. if you are headed out along 87, this is along the off-ramp with low beams and not the high beams. mike nicco? >> we have 25 minute flight arrival delays because of the fog. we are down to less than quarter-mile visibility after half moon bay and quarter mile at sfo and oakland and three-quarters of a mile in novato and starting to see the fog spread to the shoreline not hitting the reporting stations. that is the biggest concern in the morning commute reduced visibility because of the fog. you can see it oversan francisco. it is the fog that swallowed san francisco. we watched it roll in and it took 20 or 25 minutes to cover downtown. the next 12 hours are foggy with tells in the mid-40's to low 50's. by noon, sunshine with low 60 at the coast to upper 60's inland and by 4:00, high clouds and brighter than yesterday with temperatures in the 60's and 70's and everyone grab a coat we will fall back to the 60's by 7:00. our typhoon haiyan moved through the philippines while we were sleep
